SoundRealm runs SoundRealm and is the data controller for the personal data described here.

What we collect and why

Account data (email address, login details, and your name if you sign in with Google): to create and secure your account and to provide the service. Legal basis: contract.

Plan data (which plan you have, trial and renewal dates): to unlock scenes. Legal basis: contract.

Technical data (IP address, device and browser information, basic usage logs): for security, fraud prevention and improving the app. Legal basis: legitimate interests.

Support messages: to answer you. Legal basis: legitimate interests.

Who we share it with

Hosting and infrastructure providers who run the app for us; Stripe, which processes payments, subscriptions, tax and receipts; professional advisers; and authorities when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account is active, then we delete or anonymise it unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data; object to or restrict processing; withdraw consent; and complain to your data protection authority. Email soundrealmsupport@gmail.com; we reply within one month.

Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls and per-user data rules to protect your data.

Cookies and storage

We only use essential browser storage to keep you signed in and remember app preferences. We don't use advertising cookies.
