SoundRealm is provided by SoundRealm ("we", "us"). By using SoundRealm you are contracting with SoundRealm and agree to these terms. If you keep using the service, you accept them.

The service

SoundRealm is a sleep and focus app that plays looping visual scenes with music and ambience, with features like a sleep timer and continuous playback. You must be of legal age to buy a plan, or have a parent's or guardian's permission.

Your account

Keep your login details private and accurate. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Acceptable use

You must not use SoundRealm unlawfully; for fraud or spam; to infringe intellectual property; or to interfere with its security (malware, probing, scraping or downloading the media). You must not resell, redistribute or reverse engineer the service.

Ownership

We keep ownership of SoundRealm and all its content, software and branding. Your plan gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to stream it.

Payments and subscriptions

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Stripe also calculates and collects any sales tax or VAT due and sends your receipts. You can cancel, change your plan or update your card at any time from the Account page.

Monthly and yearly plans include a 7-day free trial and renew automatically until cancelled. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Lifetime is a one-time purchase.

Availability

We work to keep SoundRealm running but can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. The service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Suspension

We may suspend or end access for a serious breach of these terms, non-payment, fraud or security risk, or repeated policy violations.

Liability

Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
